Poster and Presentation Awards
​Not only will you share your exciting work with researchers in environmental toxicology and chemistry at the NorCal SETAC annual meeting, but students will have the opportunity to win presentation prizes! 
  • 1st place poster = $300, 1st place presentation = $300
  • 2nd place poster = $150, 2nd place presentation = $150
  • 3rd place poster = $75, 3rd place presentation = $75​

Research Scholarship Awards
​NorCal SETAC offers annual scholarship awards for both graduate and undergraduate students. Students attending universities and colleges in the NorCal SETAC region conducting research on topics related to environmental toxicology and chemistry, and the environmental sciences in general, are eligible to apply. In addition to the monetary awards, students determined to have the first, second, and third best proposals will also receive a one year membership to NorCal SETAC. Applications are usually due in the Spring of each year.
  • Graduate Scholarship = $2,000
  • Undergraduate Scholarship = $1,000​​

Congratulations to our 2025 scholarship awardees, Anna Feerick (graduate) and Jade Lockwood (graduate)! The proposals were chosen for their quality, originality, and creativity, as well as their approach and scientific methods. With these awards, Anna and Jade will be able to fund their pilot projects and travel to research sites or other labs. The NorCal SETAC Board of Directors thanks our Sustaining Members for making the awards possible.
