Guidelines for Platform and Poster Presentations
Platform Presentations:
Presentation time slots will be 20 minutes long: Please plan for a 15-minute presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
All presentations should be formatted in software compatible for Screen Sharing on Zoom. We recommend PowerPoint.
Speakers will need to "Share their Screen" when it is their time to present. The speaker will be responsible for advancing their slides, unless previous arrangements are requested and arranged. (Please email norcalsetac@onebox.com if you prefer alternative accommodations.)

Poster Presentations:
The format for a "Poster" can be the traditional style (often a 1-pager, or a single slide in Powerpoint) or it can be expanded to cover 5 slides so that the text and images can be larger. Posters will be presented virtually on Zoom during the poster presentation time slots (Wed or Thurs). Each presenter will have 10 minutes (~7 minutes to present and ~3 minutes for Q&A).
